Homers from Eddys Leonard, Imanol Vargas, Ismael Alcantara and Jonny Deluca powered Rancho’s 13-hit attack. The only team in the South with a record over .500, the Quakes have a 1 1/2 game lead. San Jose has the best record in the league at 33-15, good for a three-game lead in the North.
