De Los Santos went 3-for-5, including his two-run shot in the seventh, which proved to be key when Rancho Cucamonga rallied for two runs in the bottom of the bottom of the seventh and then threatened in the bottom of the ninth.

Trailing 7-4, the Quakes got three straight hits to start the ninth, pushing across a run on an Alex De Jesus single. Rawhide reliever David Sanchez settled down and got the three outs he needed with just a walk and no more runs, leaving the bases loaded and earning his first save of the season.
